Leads meetings in the absence of the President, manages and updates the SHRM Wix website and Google Drive resources, co-advises the virtual case study, facilitates Zoom meetings, and communicates closely with the Strome College of Business and other student organizations regarding SHRM events.

Develops promotional materials such as flyers and posters, maintains an updated membership list in MonarchGroups, manages member check-ins during events, and facilitates post-event communication to sustain active engagement among SHRM members.

Oversees recruitment activities by representing SHRM at campus events through SGA, SET, and the Business College. Manages SHRM’s social media presence (Twitter and Instagram), registers the chapter for key events, and ensures visibility across various student organization fairs.

Manages the SHRM chapter’s budget and finances through MonarchGroups, coordinates catering and promotional orders, oversees budget workshops, and attends SGA budget meetings along with the President and Advisor to ensure financial transparency and effective resource allocation.

Organizes and manages SHRM events by contacting speakers, arranging event logistics including parking and appreciation gifts, and managing communications through the SHRM LinkedIn Group to promote professional engagement and member participation.
